Mr. N. S. Rothenberg assembled and acquired this 125,000 FAR, three lot site, which included a landmarked vacant nursing home. Plans were created to do a gut rehab condo in the nursing home together with a 30 story ground up condo adjacent to it. A beautiful private keyed park for the exclusive use of the condominium owners in both buildings was created on the corner lot. Mr. N. S. Rothenberg sold the project prior to completion to a European Fund.
