Former site of art deco, 250 key, Versailles Hotel. Mr. N. S. Rothenberg was in charge of a gut renovation of the hotel and conversion to a condominium hotel. N.S.R. continued to operate the hotel for the condominium owners for a number of years following the conversion. Subsequently, the Versailles Hotel condo owners were bought out, and the building was mostly demolished for the new construction of the Faena Hotel.
